How long does an iPhone screen or battery replacement take?
Most iPhone screen replacements take approximately 30 to 45 minutes, while battery swaps take 20 to 30 minutes. You are welcome to relax in our shop or browse Northbrook Street while we complete the work.
What does your 12-month warranty cover?
Our 12-month warranty covers all manufacturing defects, touch unresponsiveness, and digitiser faults in screen replacements. Physical accidental damage (cracks from drops) or liquid ingress after repair is not covered under warranty.
Will my photos and personal data be safe?
Yes, 100%. Hardware replacements such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and camera modules do not require data deletion. We do not access your personal content, and your data remains safely on your device.
Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome! We are open 7 days a week (Monday–Saturday 9:00am–6:00pm, Sunday 9:30am–5:30pm) at 71 Northbrook Street, Newbury RG14 1AE. No appointment is needed.
